Payment Modes:

Payment can be remitted through any of the following modes and is subject to realization.

# Demand Draft: In favour of FLY MEMORIES TOURS & TRAVELS payable in Azhagiamandapam.

# As per Cheque Issued in the name of FLY MEMORIES TOURS & TRAVELS.

# Cheque or Cash to be deposited to our Current A/C - Indian Overseas Bank,A/C name FLY MEMORIES TOURS & TRAVELS ,A/C No. is 272302000000228,IFSC / RTGS Code IOBA0002723 and Branch Azhagiamandapam.

#All Cheque and DD’s should reach us 07 days prior to the date of travel. Please send us the Deposit Slip / Copy of DD / Cheque by Mail along with details of payer and Booking reference no, Failure in doing the same we will considered as cancellation and in such cases the booking will be released and the advance deposit will be retained as processing fee.

Booking confirmation:

After successfully processing the booking, a confirmation with booking reference number will be sent to you through e-mail or sms. If you want to cancel the booked tour package use this booking reference number.

Cancellation policy:

• 45 days before tour departure 75% refund will be provided.
• 30 days before departure 50% refund will be provided.
• 20 days before departure 40% refund will be provided.
• 10 days before departure 25% refund will be provided.
• Below 10 days no refund.

The refund amount will be transferred to your account within 15 working days through NEFT/RTGS.

There is no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.)
The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, with assigning any reasons.(in case of any natural disasters). In such an event, all money paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable.
